COATING CAPABILITIES

Our coating facility features chambers that can accommodate optics as large as 38" in diameter. Coatings technologies include Magnetron Sputtering, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), and Ion Assisted Deposition. We can deposit up to 8 different materials in a single coating run, allowing for the execution of the most complex coating designs. Whether your needs are production, development, or research, our facility and expertise makes LohnStar uniquely positioned to handle most coating needs.
