CO2 Laser Mirrors

Phase Retarding Mirrors

Phase Retarding Mirrors, also known as Reflective Phase Retarders or 90° Phase Shift Mirrors, are used to convert a linearly polarized beam to a circularly polarized beam. Our coatings are optimized for high power applications featuring low absorption and low scatter. Typical substrate materials are Silicon and Copper.

Standard Specifications:

Reflectivity @ 10.6µm > 99%

Phase Retardation: 90° ±2°

In addition to offering coating services to our customers, we also sell ready to ship silicon mirrors. Made in the USA. No minimum order.

Zero Phase Shift Mirrors

Zero Phase Shift Mirrors are used to maintain the polarization state of the incident beam (typically a circularly polarized beam). Our coatings are optimized for high power applications. Typical substrate materials are Silicon and Copper.

Standard Specifications for EM2:

Reflectivity @ 10.6µm > 99.6%

Absorption @ 10.6µm ≤ .20%

Phase Shift: 0° ± 2°

In addition to offering coating services to our customers, we also sell ready to ship silicon mirrors. Made in the USA. No minimum order.
